The LOWINFOOD project is an initiative of a consortium of several entities that focuses on finding solutions to all the food that goes to waste. CodeSyntax has been in charge of designing and developing the website, using the CMS Wordpress.

Elhuyar Fundazioa is part of the LOWINFOOD project, which aims to reduce food loss and waste in production, processing, distribution and consumption in four value chains particularly affected by this problem, through the deployment, validation and promotion of technological tools and organizational and management solutions.

The project is funded by the European Union's HORIZON 2020 research and innovation program No. 101000439.
