Streamlining communication between citizens and city hall is becoming increasingly important. In 2020, we developed our first municipal app to address this need. Since then, we've continuously improved and expanded our Local Government Applications platform. In recent years, new city councils have joined this innovative system, which unifies web presence, citizen feedback, and notifications.

Our applications offer numerous features that can be tailored to each municipality's needs:

  • News and Announcements: Citizens receive timely updates from their local government. Users can subscribe to topics of interest and receive specific notifications.
  • Community Calendar: Events and activities organized by the city council can be easily accessed. Residents can also view and share information about happenings within their community.
  • City Hall Resources: Local governments can publish practical information about municipal departments, links to administrative procedures, contact numbers, recreation center schedules, and more through the app.
  • Citizen Engagement: Residents can easily submit suggestions or complaints directly to the City Council through the app.

The application is already being used by the town councils of Eibar, Oñati, Zumaia, and Soraluze. For Zumaia and Soraluze, the app integrates with their maintenance management system, allowing the City Council to handle citizen complaints and suggestions more efficiently.

Rather than just a standalone application, we've created an ecosystem that connects the municipal website, maintenance services, and citizens.

This solution enhances the relationship between local governments and residents by making municipal services more accessible and digitalizing administrative processes. We also provide a thoughtful user experience with customized design that adapts to each municipality's corporate identity.
