Applications for munipalities
Our applications offer many functionalities to adapt to the needs of each municipality:
- News and notices: citizens will receive timely municipal news and notices. Each user can subscribe to the topics that interest them and receive notifications about them.
- Municipal agenda: the events and activities organized by the city council can be consulted in a simple way. You can also read and share the information that is taking place in the town itself.
- Main information of the Town Hall: The Town Hall can also publish practical information of the municipal departments, links to carry out procedures, municipal telephones, schedules of the sports center, etc. Through this application.
- Citizen participation: The citizen has the possibility, from the APP itself and the easiest way, to send suggestions or complaints to the City Council.
The APP is already being used by the town councils of Eibar, Oñati, Zumaia and Soraluze. In the case of Zumaia and Soraluze, the application is related to the small jobs management tool and the City Council will have the possibility to manage from there the complaints and suggestions sent by the citizens.
In other words, it is not just an isolated application, but an ecosystem that connects the municipal web, small works and citizens.
This application helps to improve the relationship between city council and citizens, making municipal services more accessible and digitizing administrative processes. We also offer a careful user experience and a customized design, adapting it to the corporate image of each municipality.
